A |     Islamabad, Oct 19 (UNI) Former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has made an inappropriate statement against a Pakistani woman journalist, implying that she was asking to be trolled and harassed as she "invades male-dominated spaces" while covering political rallies.

The PTI Chairman's statement came on Tuesday during a conversation with delegations of the National Press Club and the Rawalpindi Islamabad Union of Journalists (RIUJ), when a question was asked about women journalists being harassed at his party's 'jalsas', GeoTV news reported.

In response, Khan said that he would issue special instructions for his supporters in this regard, but he targeted journalist Gharida Farooqui and said: "If she would invade male-dominated spaces, then she is bound to be harassed," implying that the journalist is "asking for it."

When Khan was asked why he accused journalists of being paid (lifafa journalists), he said that so far, he has only used the term for senior journalist Saleem Safi, who has been a known critic of the PTI.

Regarding social media trolls, Khan said that he could not stop them as they were not under anyone's control. He also said that he has only filed a case against Najam Sethi and no other journalist, adding that the case against Sethi was still in process.

UNI ING。    जागरण संवाददाता, बलिया। शहर में मुख्य सड़कों पर ही पार्किंग बना दिया गया है। सुबह से शाम तक बाइक और चार पहिया वाहन सड़क पर खड़ी रहती है। इसके चलते डेढ़ लाख लोग जाम से जूझ रहे हैं। रेलवे स्टेशन और चौक से लेकर सभी सार्वजनिक स्थानों और मुख्य मार्गों पर वाहनों की भीड़ होने से पैदल चलना भी दुश्वार हो गया है।,जिम्मेदार नगर पालिका परिषद और अधिकारी मौन साधे हुए हैं। करोड़ों रुपये से बने माल, रेस्टोरेंट एवं होटल में भी पार्किंग की व्यवस्था नहीं होने से लोग सड़क पर वाहन खड़े कर देते हैं। शहर के प्रमुख मोहल्लों की स्थिति पर प्रस्तुत करती रिपोर्ट---,शहर के सबसे भीड़-भाड़ वाले इलाकें में शामिल रेलवे स्टेशन नेशन हाइवे पर स्थित है। ऐसे में यहां से रोजाना छोटे- बड़े हजारों वाहनों का आवागमन होता है। लेकिन सड़क पर दोनों लगे बाइकों के झुंड से नेशनल हाइवे पर जाम के हालात बने रहते हैं।,शहर के स्टेशन- टाउन हाल रोड पर करीब आधा दर्जन बैंक शाखाएं एवं होटल- रेस्टोरेंट आदि है। लेकिन आश्चर्य की बात है कि किसी भी बैंक या होटल में पार्किंग की व्यवस्था नहीं है। ऐसे में ग्राहकों के सैकड़ों वाहन सड़क पर ही खड़े होते है।,शहर के चौक- स्टेशन रोड पर पिछले दिनों हटाए गए ठेला- खोमचा का स्थान अस्थाई पार्किंग स्थल बन गया है। यहां दुकानदार और ग्राहकों की सैकड़ों बाइकें सड़क के बीचोंबीच खड़ी रहती है। ऐसे में लगभग 40 फंट की सड़क दो भागों में बंटकर सिर्फ दस फुट में सिमट गई है।。
